Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT TASPEN Jakarta Pusat

Abstract

Today's business industry competition makes many companies are required to increase and improve company performance. Every company must improve the factors that can improve employee performance so that each company has the ability to improve its performance. The factor that influences the performance results of one of the existing work motivations is the result of an assessment of the results of a particular task. The results of the study indicate that work motivation is applied well to the Employee's Performance. This can be proven from the results of the calculation of the verified coefficient r = 0.431 on Sig. (2 tailed) of 0.002 by using a significance level of 5%, it is significant with the Sig. (2 tailed) is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination test can be an average value of R square 0.186 or 18.6% meaning that Employee Performance is expected by Work Motivation by 18.6% and the remaining 81.4% is needed by other factors which is not supported. Regression coefficient of 0.370 is announced every time (because it is positive) 1 time for Work Motivation will increase Employee Performance by 0.370.
